Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For sensitive electronics and high-value components, we use specialized couriers with anti-static packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened but in original condition with all accessories, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Defective items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within the warranty period.
Do you offer technical support for setup and installation?
Yes, we provide complimentary remote technical support for the first 30 days after your purchase. Our certified technicians can assist you with initial configurations and driver installations.
Are the products on your site brand new or refurbished?
Unless clearly labeled as 'Certified Refurbished' in the product title, all items sold on our store are 100% brand new and factory-sealed.
Which payment methods do you accept for enterprise orders?
